Biography

Caroline J. DeHart is currently the Director of Cancer Proteomics and Training at the National Resource for Translational and Developmental Proteomics (NRTDP) at Northwestern University. She has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University. Caroline’s current research focuses on developing new methods for the targeted analysis of heavily-modified oncoproteins, including p53 and KRAS, by top-down mass spectrometry. She also develops standardized protocols for and leads training courses in top-down proteomics.
